Week 2
March 5-6, 2016
For the second week of the season, we sent a team down to the Thames River Team Race. This was the frist time this event had been sailing in the past several years, and the nice weather this early in the spring was a welcome change from the past year. Chris Colbeth, Annie Wieland, Kurran Singh, Sandra Nygren, Sarah de Silva, Nathalie Garcia, Tori McGruer, and Laura Tshiegg all sailed well for the first team race of the season. Despite the intermitent wind, we were still able to finish seven races for the weekend.
