Oberg weekend, Northeastern's own regatta, was held this weekend at home; while also sending teams to Boston University for the President's Trophy and Boston College for the Savin Hill Central.
Peter Christiansen, Linnea Goldstein, Kurran Singh, Katie Alfond, Jackie Berlin, Donal Ryan, and Nathalie Garcia sailed the Oberg this weekend. The conditions were typical of the Charels, with intermittent breeze and frequent shifts and a second day that brough very little wind.
Sailing at Boston University this weekend was Tori McGruer, Katie Alfond, Jackie Berlin, Sofia Kirkman, and Sandra Nygren. With another shift and windy day out on the Charels, the Women's Team had a tough weekend, but with an excellent day two.
Savin Hill Central was sailed by Chris Colbeth, Coleen Ross, Matteo Alampi, Laura Tschiegg and Fanny Nordlund. Out in the bay, the conditions were even windier with the first day being cancelled. The second day went well though, with lighter wind, ending in a solid fourth place finish.
